Oh man.. Just found out about this by pure luck and may never have found out about it existing..

I used to play MW3 and MW4 every day for HOURS online back when it was on the msn gaming zone!

Those were the days =DD

If any of the mods of this forum can get a word out to the marketing devision of this game's publisher, PLEASE, MORE/BETTER ADVERTISING! I might never have seen this dream come true if not for me spending 5 hours reading game articles..

So psyched for this =D glad i'm not too late for the release, i can wait through beta if need be..

Founders packs are on sale on Tues. Aug 7th is the new 19th of July. It got bumped back due to late arriving hardware.

Hopefully you didn't deliberately give out incorrect dates... Founder's packs can be purchased starting 6/19 (this coming Tuesday), but the Founders won't be allowed to join until August 7th. I'm trying to clarify, since the OP is new and might not have noticed Operation: Inception and Clarification (plus the most recent one that changed the CB2 date to 8/7).

PS - PGI... stay hidden! I want this game all to myself! Muhahahaha! (Plus, less people = more chance at beta keys).

I think the game will be well advertised, Google AdSense alone will bring in players. I don't think they usually spend that kind of marketing money until they have something on offer to sell so that their spending gets returns at the same time.

Yes true, some date changes but it is all good. At least someone else found the game, just need another 1 million and it should be safe

Interesting point for this topic is, i also think there is not enough (or maybe not the right) advertising for this. No doubt all the hardcore mechas like us found this site even before it was online... but the "normal" player mostly hasn't noticed MWO yet.

I have some friends which liked some MW-games, but are not that fanatic as me. When i told them about MWO, mostly the answer was like "oh cool, haven't had a mechgame in years, is it somewhat ready for launch?"
So even if interested, they haven't got a clue that something mecha is near completition.

if you look a the puncuation. he did not give out incorrect dates. the period after Tues. signifies the end of the sentence, Aug 7th is the start of a new sentence
